All the terms for this lease/contract will be drawn up so as to conform completely to Bali-Indonesian Law.  Therefore, all legal documents will be drawn up by a Balinese Attorney to be signed in his office in Dempasar, Bali. This will ensure a smooth transition of ownership with no delays and "unseen" or "unexpected" legalities.
